The course covers essential topics, including managing emergency situations until professional help arrives and performing CPR on adults, children, and infants. The blended delivery method allows for a mix of practical and theoretical training, providing a well-rounded educational experience.

Before attending the practical training, participants will complete online theory components and assessments, ensuring they are well-prepared for hands-on practice.

  • Physical Capability: Participants must be physically able to perform first aid and CPR techniques during practical training. CPR on the floor during practical training.
