Chief Executive Officer

Tenzin Rabgye is a storyteller turned strategist whose career spans Bhutan’s newsrooms, global conservation work, and Australia’s dynamic education sector. Tenzin brings over 16 years of experience in communications, branding and student support to craft meaningful stories and purposeful strategies. Guided by the belief that organisations thrive when their people do, Tenzin is passionate about building trust-driven teams, elevating authentic voices and creating experiences that inspire connection and lasting impact.

Sangay Choden, Director of ABS College, is a seasoned Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience. She currently works at Midland Hospital as a senior nurse in the Emergency Department. A passionate educator and healthcare advocate, she’s trained hundreds in First Aid, risk assessment, and occupational health. At ABS College, Sangay empowers students through expert training in health-related courses, shaping the future of healthcare professionals.

Tenzin Namgay holds a Master’s degree in Professional Communication from Edith Cowan University and brings extensive experience in student support across diverse educational settings. His background includes working closely with students from varied backgrounds, with a strong focus on inclusive and personalised support. As Student Support Manager at ABS College, Tenzin Namgay is committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive learning environment, empowering students to succeed throughout their academic journey.

Kinley brings an international career spanning classroom teaching, vocational training, and frontline community health to the Australian VET sector. With a Master of Teaching from Shinawatra International University in Thailand, she combines academic rigour with an evidence-based approach to adult education. Kinley began her career as a teacher in Bhutan, where she developed a strong commitment to student engagement, high-quality instructional design, and meaningful learning outcomes. Since moving to Australia, she has integrated her teaching expertise with hands-on experience in the Aged Care and Community Support sectors, giving her a valuable dual perspective as both practitioner and educator. As Academic Coordinator, Kinley is committed to the organisation’s long-term success, reputation, and delivery of high-quality training that supports meaningful career pathways in the care industry.

Karma is fervently committed to empowering learners with innovative pedagogical strategies. She believes that there are no inherently smart or slow learners, only effective trainers.

He is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students feel confident, valued, and inspired to succeed. Through clear communication, person-centred values, and a focus on workplace-ready skills, Kezang helps learners build the knowledge and confidence they need to thrive. Kezang also believes in continuous professional development, ensuring his training stays current, relevant, and compliant with industry expectations.

Bringing additional experience in project management and research and development (R&D), with a background in coordinating projects, supporting research activities, and contributing to evidence-based initiatives. Skilled in planning, implementation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver practical and efficient outcomes.
